This post is especially for Margie, who confided in me that she could not look at the porcupine picture on this blog one more time. Who can blame her? I have accidentally quit my blog for the time being... but here's I'll give it a go...and get rid of that porcupine!

Its Canada, dont-cha-know? Day 3.
Day 3 began with a porcupine sighting.
I had no idea they climbed trees? Is that the most
ridiculous thing you've ever seen?
Day 3 was so full. We drove up the Icefields Parkway,
then embarked on my favorite hike... Parker's Ridge.
It looks dull from the road, but when you get
up over the ridge, the views were spectacular.
Enjoy the photos!

Oh!? Canada. Day 2.
Day 2 was full! Rain was predicted,
so we had expected a cloudy morning...
then we awoke to this! Clear skies!
We jetted out of our cozy cabin and
climbed up a rockpile for some early
morning views. We ate breakfast and
went on a wonderful horseback ride up to
a teahouse where it seemed as if the three
bears had just been out for a walk.
We drank tea and rode back down the mountain
past beautiful lakes and through spruce smelling
forests. After lunch and a rest we walked
along a river and had some good talks.
Then back to our cabin for showers and dinner!
What a great day full of memories!

Canada Eh? Day 1.
Here are a few pictures of beauty that is too great to capture!
Here's pictures of the day we arrived and got settled into our cabin.
I wish I could make this scratch and sniff because the smell of
spruce, pine, cedar, smoke and fresh crisp air was so powerful!
