Remember the winter?

This quick shot is a great memory. 

 This winter... I think in Jan or Feb I got together 

with my friends from college who both live 

in Greenville not too far down the road.  

I was so pleased to discover that I love them more

 than I even did in college which is saying a lot!  

I think quite a bit of these two!

 

Better late than never?

Sam's first haircut!  This was so long ago... I think in the fall maybe?

The Lake!

If you know me, you probably know that my favorite place in the world is the lake.
Lay Lake in Clanton, Alabama holds a special place in my heart.

Birmingham

We went to the zoo with Aunt Teeny and my dad.

Backtrack: Trip to Chattanooga & Birmingham

 Mid may we took a trip to Chattanooga and Birmingham.
My family grew up going to Chattanooga and staying at the Choo-Choo
so it was extra fun to go back and visit.  It is one of those special places
that has not changed a bit.

Then on to Coolidge Park which has the best fountain ever.
This is special for me because when I was taking photography in college
I came down and was captivated by these two little boys who appeared to
be brothers playing in the fountain.  I just loved watching their freedom and
how they tested their power controlling the water.  So boy.
I even have the pictures up on my wall still because I just loved that moment.
Now here are my two boys!
A moment I hoped for even 15 years ago!

Final Wedding

Though Grandmother and Granddaddy Grayson were back in Birmingham, we still had a ball with them!  :)  We wish they had been there in person, but look how much fun they had!
