This Sunday we had the privilege of bringing Sam
to be baptized at church. It is becoming a
Father's Day tradition to baptize sons!
It was a special time in spite of the on stage wrestling
match that Evan and I were quietly having...
and the loud "GET DOWN" that rang out across
the sanctuary near the end of the baptisms.
It was the real deal up there
under the lights!
We are so grateful for a God who is faithful to
his promises to his children. One verse that
stood out to us as we considered Sam's baptism is this:
"He is the Lord our God,
His judgements are in all the earth.
He remembers his covenant forever,
the word that he commanded
for a thousand generations."
Psalm 105:8

Yes, it really is this hard to get a picture of
four of us. If you even mention that there
will be a picture taken, the opportunity is
lost! Evan is not a fan of pictures.

What a beautiful family and what a sweet time!!
Oh I love Evan! Bless him!! :)
Sam's expression in pic 3 is priceless - totally checking out his big brother. I wonder if he is thinking "should I join in on the fun?"
Blessings to Sam and great verse! Love the picture of the three of you. :)
